Responsibilities of the Junior Lawyer

• Communication with clients, representation of their interests in various matters
• Assist Partners in daily activities but capable of handling clients/cases independently
• Supervision and instruction of trainees, junior associates
• Preparation of complex legal documents
• Draft documents, applications and memorandums
• Legal research

Requirements for the Lawyer

• Hungarian Law Degree (Cum Laude/Summa Cum Laude is a preference) with bar exam
• Fluency in Hungarian, English is a MUST, German is an advantage
• experience in a law firm, international environment is preferable
• Court experience / litigation practice is an asset
• Good communication skills, proactive personal attitude
• Strong professional attitude, ability of multi-tasking
• Good time management and precise work
• Ability to work in a team and independently, as well as under time pressure

• Legal research
• Carrying out corresponding duties

Requirements for Trainee Lawyers

• Hungarian Law Degree (Cum Laude/Summa Cum Laude is a preference)
• Fluency in Hungarian, English is a MUST, German is advantage
• Relevant experience in a law firm, preferably multinational one
• Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency
• Strong professional attitude, ability of multi-tasking
• Good time management and precise work
• Ability to work in a team and independently as well
