Job vacancy

ID Energy Group https://www.idenergy.group/ is a Spanish company dedicated to developing and constructing renewable energy projects with a particular focus on solar PV. The company is continuously expanding internationally and has already established itself in 7 markets: Spain, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Croatia, Italy and Chile.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • General and operational support for the work of Legal Team;
  • Research of legislation, legal precedents, cases with regard to the specificities of the case;
  • Translation of legal documents into English and Hungarian;
  • Drafting legal documents (memorandums, internal guidelines, design agreements, declarations, power of attorneys, etc.);
  • Keeping in touch with public notaries, external lawyers, register offices and affiliated companies;
  • Attend internal meetings, prepare meeting notes;
  • Assisting in day-to-day ad-hoc legal requests concerning corporate law, general commercial law matters; 
  • Help maintain and organize legal databases and document management systems, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and accessible; handling hard copy legal documents; 
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide legal support and insights on specific projects or issues.

 

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies, currently pursuing a degree in law at Hungarian university (at least 3rd year at university);
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in Hungarian (native speaker) and English (advanced level);
  •  Minimum 25 hours/week;
  • Microsoft Office proficiency;
  • Open and well-organized personality;
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness;
  • Flexible attitude and fast learning skills;
  • Ability to take initiative and attention to details;
  •  Previous work experience gained at a law firm and/or as part of a company in-house legal team considered an asset. Corporate and contractual law experience is an advantage;
  • Spanish/Serbian/Romanian language knowledge is a plus.
