The company is continuously expanding internationally and has already established itself in more markets: Spain, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Italy, Chile.

What you will enjoy doing:

As a Legal Specialist you will work focus on energy law-related matters. Your key responsibilities cover the following:

• Provide legal advice and support for the project development team in the implementation of RES projects (solar, wind and biogas/methane),
• Review and interpret laws and regulations (e.g. HEPURA, DSO, TSO) related to the renewable energy sector, and advise management on compliance,
• Work closely with other departments and external stakeholders, including business partners, regulators, and local authorities,
• Provide training and guidance to other members of the team on legal and regulatory matters,
• Draft and review contracts, agreements,  and other legal documents related to the projects,
• Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations related to the renewable energy sector, and advise management on the potential impact on the company's projects.

To be successful in this role we see that you:

• Have advanced degree in law, obtained in Hungary at a reputable university.
• Have minimum 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year at the energy sector,
• It is also welcomed if you have Corporate,  and/or Commercial law background. Knowledge of zoning regulation is a plus,
• Have mother-tongue Hungarian skills, written and spoken, both in everyday use and in the legal context. Working proficiency in English, written and spoken is a must,
• Have an ability to work collaboratively on team projects and establish positive working relationships with the team,
• Are flexible, proactive, and have a creative problem-solving approach with a great attention to details,
• Have constructive mindset and eager to develop.
