Your future role:
- Drafting and reviewing finance documents;
- Management and coordination of transactions (incl. legal due diligence);
- Advising on capital market matters; drafting legal documentation; transaction/project structuring.
Who we are looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience after university in financing and/or capital markets matters (law firm or in-house);
- Strong legal reasoning, precision, and professional maturity;
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
- Proactive mindset and a genuine interest in financing and capital markets.
