What We Expect From You:

• Hungarian law degree.
• Excellent English language skills – both spoken and written.
• Minimum one year experience as an attorney at law OR associate preparing for the bar exam with at least one year banking & finance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of banking & finance law, including lending and security structures.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a solution-oriented mindset.

Advantages:
