  • available to work at least 20 hours a week, ideally working from the office 1 day per week minimum

 

Experience

  • Professional experience, e.g. at a student organization, legal or operations-related job
  • Basic understanding of the financial industry

 

Tasks

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, documents and supporting our partnership projects
  • Doing legal research and analysis on various legal and regulatory matters concerning either BrokerChooser or our broker-dealer partners
  • Keeping our records and internal documentation straight (e.g. company resolutions, board meeting minutes, employment agreements, supplier contracts)
  • Supporting our scam fighting efforts (e.g. get in contact with regulators and key stakeholders in the field, research and provide data to them to fight financial crimes)
  • Providing administrative and organizational support to other teams (e.g. HR, Finance, Operations, Squads, etc.)
