CTP – Commercial Lawyer

Experience & skills we need

• Hungarian BAR exam and min. 2 years’ experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel;
• Experience in real estate law, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation;
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, adaptability, swift decision‑making, and a proactive sense of ownership;
• Confident computer skills (MS Office);
• Fluent in English: with strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Driving licence and car for work commuting.

Your job

• General day-to-day legal support for construction and property management departments;
• Drafting and negotiation agreements, dealing with bank guarantees, demand letters, and supporting co-departments;
• Lease, acquisition and legal housekeeping related tasks on an ad hoc basis;
• Compliance with internal procedures, active involvement in process development.
