Expectations and Professional Competences:

1. Professional Experience:

1.1. At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a junior associate or as a paralegal with a strong focus on corporate law. Experience in real estate law would be an advantage.

2. Language skills:

2.1. An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, which will enable you to carry out your work as a junior associate to a high standard in an international environment.

2.2. Knowledge of German is an advantage.

3. Professional skills:

3.1. Experience in dealing with corporate legal matters, including drafting contracts and regulations.

3.2. Ability to analyse legal issues, develop effective solutions and manage risk.

3.3. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work independently on simple cases and have an interest in modern technology, as well as experience in transactional legal work (e.g. M&A transactions, project financing).

3.4. Knowledge of legal and other business software, at least at user level.

4. Personal Skills:

4.1. Commitment to the legal profession.

4.2. Excellent communication skills and assertiveness, enabling you to interact effectively with colleagues and work effectively with the legal team.
