Hear how top legal professionals have made their mark abroad - proving that talent, strategy, and adaptability matter more than geography.
Topic
This panel brings together top legal leaders who began their careers in Central and Eastern Europe and have since risen to senior positions in Western Europe. Now at the helm of international law firms, multinational corporations, and global institutions, these professionals are shaping legal strategy, advising high-profile clients, and leading cross-border teams in an increasingly complex legal landscape.
The discussion will focus on their leadership journeys: How did they navigate their way to the top? What challenges did they face when breaking into elite legal environments, and how did they overcome them? How have they turned their CEE background into a leadership advantage? Panelists will also share insights into managing international legal teams, adapting to diverse business cultures, and making high-stakes decisions in a globalized market.
Through real-world insights, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to succeed at the highest levels of the legal profession.
