Legal Associate – Join AutoWallis Group!

As a Legal Associate, you will be a member of the headquarters' legal team and will primarily be responsible for ensuring the Group’s operations run lawfully and efficiently. You will support the Group Legal Director with legal advice, compliance tasks, contract management, and corporate governance. We are looking for a proactive, business-minded professional who believes that teamwork and forward-thinking legal support can truly make a difference.

Your impact:

• Providing legal support for companies established by or with the participation of AutoWallis.
• Advising business areas across the Group, especially on holding-level matters.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and internal regulations.
• Managing various company law tasks: draft documents, fully administer company procedures.
• Maintaining legal records and supporting capital market reporting.
• Coordinating responses to regulatory or authority inquiries.
• Monitoring legal changes and helping ensure compliance.
• Managing and liaising with external legal advisors when needed.
• Supporting legal aspects of governance, M&A, and compliance projects.
• Sharing legal knowledge and supporting internal training.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• Master’s degree in Law (from a Hungarian Law School).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant legal experience (law firm or corporate in-house).
• Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken).
• Reliable, structured, and process-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong sense of service, confidentiality, and responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS 365; familiarity with Wolters Kluwer (WK) and Microsec.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a corporate headquarters or within a stock exchange-listed company is considered a distinct advantage.
• Experience in an international corporate environment.
• Knowledge of capital market or M&A law.
• Familiarity with ERA and KIBINFO systems.
• Additional language skills in Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Slovenian, Serbian, or Croatian.
