In order to expand our extensive and high quality Real Estate practice and team, we are looking for a new associate to develop our existing services and support the launch of our new services.
Expectations and Skills:
1. Professional Experience:
1.1. At least 3-5 year of relevant professional experience as an attorney at law after passing the bar exam, with particular expertise in real estate law and preferably corporate law.
1.2. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to handle complex cases independently and have an interest in modern technology.
2. Knowledge of languages:
2.1. An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, which will enable you to carry out your work as a Senior Associate in an international environment.
2.2. Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
3. Professional skills:
3.1. High level of expertise in real estate law, including drafting complex leases, regulations, negotiations, project management and transaction documentation.
3.2. Ability to analyse complex legal issues, develop effective solutions and manage risk.
3.3. Ability to coordinate the work of small teams of lawyers.
3.4. Ability to use legal and other business software at least at a working level.
4. Personal Skills:
4.1. Commitment to the legal profession.
4.2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and to work effectively as part of a legal team.
4.3. Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity and independence, essential in dealing with varied and challenging legal situations.
4.4. Ability to cope with heavy workloads and stressful situations and to meet strict deadlines.
