Trive Bank Hungary is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team in Budapest.

Compliance is a key area that ensures Trive’s products and processes meet the regulatory requirements and supports the bank to reach its goals. Based upon Trive’s pioneer position within the market the position has an outstanding ability to find solutions in digital environment.

We’re looking for a Compliance Manager who is eager to do his/her best and willing to learn. In this position you will have the possibility to build up a bank and products from the very beginning till the operation.

You'll be responsible for advising our business and peer internal areas on compliance
requirements and related controls and exercising these controls.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote compliance
• Developing and establishing internal policies, procedures and practices
• Operating our compliance management system, internal controls
• Managing the training program and other in-house registries
• Reviewing marketing communications, analyzing complaints, and drawing the conclusions from the outcome
• Assisting to the DPO in data protection related issues
• Keeping contact with external authorities

What we ask you to bring with you

• Masters Degree (preferably from legal and/or economics studies)
• Having experience in the field of compliance is a plus
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation
• The ability to manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• Multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
